As long as your content complies with this policy.

Screenshots & Promotional Images

Feel free to use screenshots you've captured yourself in:

Official press images and media assets provided by DSG may also be used for editorial coverage and news reporting.

Livestreams

Streaming our games is encouraged. Whether you're:

• Claim our work as your own
• Remove copyright notices
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with DSG

Mods & Hacks

Unless specifically authorized by us, please do not distribute:

• Cheats
• Trainers
• Hacks
• Modified executables
• Reverse-engineered builds
• Tools designed to bypass intended gameplay

If you're researching our games for educational purposes or have discovered a vulnerability, we'd appreciate hearing from you directly. Responsible disclosure helps us improve our games for everyone.

Merchandise

Please do not sell merchandise featuring:

• DSG logos
• Alien Siege: Earth artwork
• WWII Commanders artwork
• Characters
• Icons
• Other protected intellectual property

without our written permission.

AI Training

Our games, artwork, music, animations, trailers, logos, and other original content may not be copied, scraped, or used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission from Don't Say Game Studio LLC.
